Scott concentrates his practice on construction, premises liability, product liability, and insurance coverage matters. He has also handled professional liability claims against attorneys and accountants and has successfully defended commercial trucking companies for catastrophic personal injury claims and cargo losses.
Scott's most recent law review article, "International Law of Mystery: Holding Internet Providers Liable and the Need for a Comprehensive International Solution," was published in Volume 21, Issue 2 of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review.
