Patti concentrates her practice in insurance coverage, bad faith, and first and third-party defense. She represents multi-national and U.S. insurers, general contractors, subcontractors, property owners, and municipalities.
As a commercial litigator, Patti represents banks and other financial service companies, prosecuting foreclosure actions and suits to enforce guaranties and recover assets, including creditor's representation in bankruptcy proceedings. Patti is also an experienced employment and labor lawyer, having arbitrated and tried a range of labor disputes, including extensive wage-and-labor class action work.
Patti has over 30 years of litigation experience in aviation law, focusing on insurance coverage and tort litigation, as well as railroad litigation involving FELA and third-party claims.
