
Kirsten concentrates her practice in contract construction and interpretation, excess and umbrella claims, and appellate advocacy.
She fine-tuned her research and analytical skills while clerking for Judge John W. Reece of the Ohio Court of Appeals for the Ninth District from 1995 to 1997 and for Justice Deborah L. Cook of the Ohio Supreme Court from 1998 to 1999.
As an appellate lawyer, Kirsten has worked on more than one hundred majority opinions during the tenure of her clerkships and since then has authored dozens of winning briefs on procedural and substantive issues of law in construction, products liability and insurance coverage cases
