Karen has extensive litigation experience in both state and federal courts, and specializes in complex litigation defense with a focus on business, product liability, construction, and catastrophic injury litigation. She has successfully represented clients ranging from small businesses to national corporations from commencement of suit through trial. Her clients have included general contractors, subcontractors, businesses, and manufacturers and distributors of heavy equipment, consumer, and industrial products.
Karen has also represented major hospitals throughout California on matters involving contract disputes, managed cares issues, and the Knox Keene Act. Karen has handled numerous complex arbitrations and mediations. She is experienced in law and motion practice, as well as writ and appellate work.
