
Jack represents multi-national and U.S. insurers. He is currently defending insurers in litigation involving losses exceeding USD 100 million.
Jack also audits marine, excess, and reinsurance claims for Lloyd’s and London insurers. As national claims counsel, he coordinates casualty and workers’ compensation claims for large account insureds.
As a commercial litigator, Jack represents shopping malls, retailers, newspapers, media companies, banks, and financial intermediaries in contract dispute and compliance matters.
Jack is past vice-chair of the American Bar Association’s Tort and Insurance Practice Section, Economics of Tort and Insurance Law Practice Committee. He is an accomplished speaker and author.
