Jack represents multi-national and U.S. insurers. He is currently defending insurers in claims exceeding USD 100 million. Jack also audits marine, excess, and reinsurance claims for Lloyd’s and London insurers. As national claims counsel, he coordinates casualty and workers’ compensation claims for large account insureds.
As coverage counsel, Jack has successfully tried and argued on appeal complex and manuscript wording issues, including the scope of the absolute pollution exclusion, the continuous trigger rule, claims made notice requirements, and the priority of coverage among insurers.
In addition to his insurance practice, Jack represents shopping malls, retailers, newspapers, media companies, banks, and financial intermediaries in contract dispute and compliance matters.
