Chris concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation, casualty defense and insurance coverage litigation. He also has experience representing physicians and hospitals in professional liability actions.
He has represented national agricultural companies and cooperatives in litigation involving contract disputes, breach of warranty, business torts, fraud claims and claims brought under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA). Chris also has experience representing banks and other creditors in loan enforcement litigation and protecting their interests in Chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 bankruptcy proceedings.
