Cory concentrates her practice in construction-related casualty and workers’ compensation defense. She handles a myriad of personal injury, property damage, construction defect, and workers’ compensation claims from initial intake to final verdict.
Cory also represents general contractors, subcontractors, developers, architects, engineers, and property owners in third-party tenders of defense, risk prevention analysis, investigation and adjustment of claims, and OSHA, EEOC, and ADA matters.
